Terms of use

“I Watched This” (Turkish: “İzledim Ben Bunu”; the “App”) is a free, ad-free tracker for series, movies and anime. By creating an account or using the App you accept these terms.

1. Your account

You must use a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
The App is not directed at children under 13.
You can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete my account (details).

2. Community rules

The ratings and reviews you write may be visible to other users (depending on your privacy settings). The following content is prohibited:

Harassment, threats, bullying or attacks aimed at a person
Hate speech; discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits
Obscene or sexual content, and any inappropriate content involving children
Content that encourages or glorifies violence
Spam, advertising, fraud or malicious links
Sharing other people's personal information without permission
Any content that is against the law

Spoilers: Always mark reviews that reveal major surprises as “contains spoilers”. Unmarked spoilers can be reported.

3. Reporting and blocking

If you see an inappropriate review, use “Report review” in the ⋯ menu above the review.
You can block a user; you will no longer see each other's reviews. You can remove a block under Settings → Blocked users.
Reports are reviewed. Reviews reported by several users may be hidden automatically until the review is completed.

4. Removal and suspension

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice and to suspend or close accounts for repeated violations. For reports and appeals: alirizahd@gmail.com

5. Rights in content

You own the reviews you write. You give us a limited, free licence to display them inside the App. This licence ends when you delete the review or your account.
Series and movie information, posters and images are provided by TMDB and belong to their respective rights holders. This app uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.

6. Liability

The App is provided “as is”. We make no warranty about the accuracy of content, users' reviews or third-party data (TMDB), and we do not promise that the App will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes are announced inside the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
